Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 Teased Ahead of EICMA 2026 Debut

Royal Enfield has released the first teaser of the Himalayan 750, offering a glimpse of its upcoming adventure motorcycle ahead of its expected global debut at EICMA 2026 in Milan, Italy.

The new model will be the first motorcycle based on the brand’s larger 750cc platform, with an India debut expected at Motoverse 2026 towards the end of November.

The Himalayan 750 was recently showcased in near-production form at Royal Enfield’s inaugural Himalayan Base Camp event in Ladakh, India. The motorcycle seen in the latest teaser appears to retain a similar design, featuring an upright stance, a larger front fairing and a headlamp integrated with the fuel tank shrouds.

The LED headlamp appears to be shared with other Royal Enfield models, while the rear features a relatively simple design with the brake lights integrated into the indicator units.

Recent spy shots have also revealed four possible colour options: black with gold detailing, grey, white with yellow, pink and brown stripes, and matte metallic brown. Royal Enfield has yet to confirm the final colour options for the production model.

The Himalayan 750 is also expected to receive a comprehensive equipment package, including cruise control, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), fully adjustable front suspension and a TFT instrument cluster.

While the company has not confirmed the final specifications, the inclusion of cruise control and TPMS as standard features would make the Himalayan 750 the first Royal Enfield motorcycle to offer both systems straight from the factory.

The upcoming adventure motorcycle will be powered by a new 750cc parallel-twin engine developed from Royal Enfield’s existing 650cc twin-cylinder platform, used in models such as the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650.

The larger engine is expected to feature internal changes aimed at improving efficiency, reducing weight and delivering power suited to the Himalayan’s touring and adventure-oriented character.

Although official performance figures remain under wraps, the Himalayan 750 is expected to produce around 50 bhp and 65 Nm of torque. It will also feature a two-into-one exhaust system, similar to the setup used on the Royal Enfield Bear 650.

The motorcycle will sit on a new frame and swingarm developed specifically for the larger platform. Another significant change is the adoption of a rear monoshock suspension, becoming the first twin-cylinder model from the brand to feature a rear monoshock.

The global unveiling at EICMA 2026 is expected to reveal the motorcycle’s final specifications, features and production details. Royal Enfield is subsequently expected to introduce the Himalayan 750 in India at Motoverse 2026, scheduled for late November.
